A Village School, built by the National Society, was opened at the bottom of the High Street in 1841. It was moved to School Lane off Marsh Road and subsequently demolished in 1980.

Pinner Park, Cannon Lane, Longfield, Roxbourne, Pinner Wood, Headstone (Nower Hill) and Pinner Grammar (Heathfield, 1982) were all built as local authority schools whenthe area developed in the 1930's.

The Royal Commercial Travellers School. Built in 1858 and closed in 1967. It became Hatch End College and then Harrow Arts Centre.
