History of the Society
The Pinner Local History Society was formed in 1972.
Meetings are normally held on the first Thursday of the month, September to May, at Pinner Village Hall, Chapel Lane car park at 8pm.
For details of membership, see the membership page.
We publish, three times a year, a Newsletter that contains the latest information on the activities of the society, reports of talks and outings, and details of the research carried out by members of the Society.
The Newsletter is sent to all members and to Societies affiliated to us.
The new EU regulation came into force on May 25th 2018, called the General Data Protection Regulation.
The only personal information retained by the Society is that supplied on the Membership Application/Renewal form, in order to deliver the Newsletter, to inform members of relevant activities and to comply with the law.
The Society will not pass personal information to any other third party.
