Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The prize competition is open to all except members of the Pinner Local History Society committee.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. To enter the prize competition complete the entry form provided at the Pinner Village Show on 9^th September 2023.
4. The prize is an individual membership to Pinner Local History Society for membership year 2023/24 and a copy of Secret Pinner by Thamar MacIver
5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
6. The winner will be chosen by random from the correct entries on 10^th September 2023.
7. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 14 days of being chosen.
8. Pinner Local History Society will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by email enquiries@pinnerlhs.org.uk within 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize competition. 
10. The decision of Pinner Local History Society regarding any aspect of the prize competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. PLHS reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. This prize competition will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Pinner Local History Society reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
